I can help with all of these, and more. I am a professional interior decorator and home stager. I charge extremely reasonable rates so that I can help everyone. My flat rate for decorating and organizing is $75 for the first hour and $35 each additional hour, this includes many perks, such as my bargain shopping and research. For staging I charge $100 for the first TWO hours and $35 each additional hour. Staging is tricky, most people don't think they need it and in truth everyone can change something to make their home more appealing to a buyer. Staging is about focusing on the house, NOT the decor. I can help your rooms look bigger, warmer and more inviting, not because your home isn't lovely, but because I know what buyers need to see and how to make a good and lasting first impression. In many cases I can evaluate your entire house and give direction in just the first two hours. $100 is worth it to get top dollor for your home in half the time! Don't believe me, ask your realtor.
